There are days when I reaaaaaaally feel like packing my stuff back, go home, get married, and get a life (eh?).

No.

Really.

I DESPERATELY NEED A LIFE.

A simple, happy life.

And there are also days when I feel like putting my pens down and go back to teaching (yes, PENS, not pants - eh? eh?).

Bluerggghhh...

I totally hate these feelings. It's like, I don't know what I'm learning anymore; like I'm confused if I'm even actually learning anything; like I'm about to throw up, not rainbows, but thunders and rain.

I want to look good in suits, too.

As most of you already know, Oh My English is an educational sitcom comedy launched by Astro which aims to help Malaysians to improve their spoken English. Well who knew they would come up with something like this? Frankly speaking, I am totally in love with this sitcom because it presents a unique learning experience dedicated especially to youngsters in order to help them learn and communicate in English in a fun way.

You know for most people who are non-native speakers of English like us, Malaysians like to use direct translation when trying to converse in English simply because we think that words are better understood that way, neglecting the fact that it could change the whole meaning. Linguistic interference, that's what it is.

Therefore, each episode will explain the correct use of English in terms of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence structure in a very short, witty, and straightforward manner. One of the great things about this sitcom is that it convinces the viewers that it is okay to make mistakes as mistakes are an essential part of the learning process.

Here are some of the most common errors we always make when speaking in English:

a) Please"open the fan."

MISSING ME

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!

Well, it seems like I've been gone for faaaaaar too long and I know most of you might agree. Rest assured, I'm still alive (alhamdulillah) and yeah... just terribly busy dealing with real life.

Hiyeaaaarkk!!

So many things have happened these past few months since I last blogged and the truth is, I am still struggling to find some time to blog as many as possible like I used to. You know, I always have the urge to write something here every time something interesting happens but life is taking its toll on me and it feels like I've lost all my inspiration.

Sigh..

Oh, don't get me wrong. I love writing. In fact, I still write... somewhere, somehow. It's just that my current style of writing has been limited to 140 characters only per 'posting'. Yes, you know it! To me, the fastest way to curb my writing addiction nowadays is by tweeting and I guess I can say that Twitter is my new life. It's true. Simply ask anybody! It is easier to TWEET something rather than to WRITE something, if you know what I mean..

Hewhewhew.

By the time I'm writing this, I have reached 30,947 tweets and to be able to pass that 31,000th tweet tomorrow is easy as one-two-three. Look. Take this post, for example. It was meant to be just "hi there, long time no see. will update more soon! bye." but see how long I have written! That is why I say tweeting is such a breeze because I can do that even when I'm on the go. Short, simple, and matter-of-factly. Thank you smartphones for they can do almost everything a computer can do. However, to blog on my iPhone is not something I would look forward to because of the small screen. Hm, maybe it's time for me to consider buying a tab or an iPad to redeem the so-called lost inspiration, what do you think?

That aside, I'm just hoping that I will be here as many times as I can. This baby of mine needs serious attention. Poor thing. Sobs. Well, till we meet again!

BREAK DOWN

There are just so many things I've been wanting to talk about since a couple of days ago but for some reason, I don't know, I just can't. I have a lot going on in my mind lately which I can't comprehend and God knows how much I hate it. I keep forgetting and postponing things. It's too disturbing that sometimes, I didn't realize I was actually mumbling! Like a lunatic. Well I never mumbled before. I'm outspoken. I'm a confident person. I talk whenever I want to talk, and I say whenever I want to say. OUT LOUD. Not by mumbling. That's what cowards do. I'm not a coward. But yes, something has changed somewhere and it got me.

So you know, like a monologue, I tend to talk to myself.

"You know I don't like that, do you?"

"Oh yes you don't."

"So stop it right now!"

"Come on, it's nothing really."

"I SAID STOP IT."

"FINE..."

YOGA INSTRUCTOR NEEDED

Okay, just forget the title.

But seriously, I think I need to go hiking or something and meditate because clearly, right now my mind is all over the place!

Lately, I tend to forget where I put things (keys especially!) and worst of all, I sulked over silly arguments quite often (well they weren't really arguments actually, I chose to think like they were). Like, JEEZ. What's gotten into me?

I think I need a break from this so-called "reality"; go out and have some fun. I'm talking about shopping (OR window shopping), movies, spas and karaoke all in one day. *oh gosh, HEAVEN!* This "reality" world where I'm living now is just so agonizing and dare I say, this place is no longer my comfort zone.

I need a new place.

A new house.

A new room.

A new partner.

Yeah.
